Aecon Group Inc. (Aecon) operates in the construction and infrastructure development industry. The Company operates in three segments: Infrastructure, Industrial and Concessions. The Infrastructure segment includes construction of both public and private infrastructure, including roads and highways, as well as toll highways, bridges, airports, marine facilities and transit systems, tunnels and hydroelectric power projects. The Industrial segment consists of its industrial construction and manufacturing activities, including in-plant construction, fabrication and module assembly in the energy, manufacturing, steel and automotive sectors. The Concessions focuses primarily on operation, management, maintenance and enhancement of investments held by Aecon in infrastructure concessions.
