Evertz Technologies Limited (Evertz) designs, manufactures and markets video and audio infrastructure equipment for the production, postproduction, and transmission of television content. The Company’s solutions are purchased by content creators, broadcasters, specialty channels and television service providers to support their complex multi-channel digital and high definition television (HDTV) broadcast environments and by telecommunications companies to roll-out Internet protocol television (IPTV).

The Company’s products are grouped into categories: infrastructure equipment, monitoring and control equipment, and master control and branding solutions. Evertz’ VistaLINK Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)-based application communicates with Evertz’ products and with selected other third party devices, to provide configuration and monitoring control. The Company conducts business through Evertz Microsystems Ltd. and the other operating subsidiaries.
