GLV Inc. (GLV) operates in two groups: the water treatment group-Ovivo and the pulp and paper group, which design and market equipment and integrated solutions as product and service offerings. Ovivo includes the full range of global operations as it relates to water, and municipal and industrial wastewater and process water and recycling activities, as well as its global water intake screening and seawater desalination solutions. It operates in some 21 countries over five continents. The pulp and paper group designs and globally markets equipment used in various stages of paper production, from pulp preparation to sheet formation and finishing. It has three manufacturing units, which specializes in the production of custom-made parts from specifications provided by Ovivo, the pulp and paper group or external customers, and the Van Der Molen division, which specializes in processes for the design and marketing equipment for stages of beverage production.
