Petrominerales Ltd. is an oil and gas company in Colombia. The Company’s Deep Llanos Basin Exploration area comprises the majority of its production base and includes the Corcel and Guatiquia discoveries. Its Central Llanos Basin Exploration area includes Yenac discovery. The Company has 10 exploration prospects. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it was drilling 21 exploration or high-impact wells, six at Corcel, four at Guatiquia, three at Rio Ariari, two at Mapache and Casimena, and one on each of Chiguiro Oeste, Antorcha, Casanare Este and Castor. During 2010, it was engaged in an exploration programs, including Yatay on the Guatiquia Block, Yenac on the Casimena Block and Mochelo on the Rio Ariari Block. During 2010, it was also drilling 26 development wells at Neiva.
