In the United States. Pure Energy Services Ltd. (Pure) provides drilling and completion related oilfield services to oil and natural gas exploration and development companies in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) and the Rocky Mountain, North Dakota and the Appalachian Basin regions. The Company operates in four business segments. The CCS segment conducts operations in the WCSB, through its two operating divisions: well testing and wireline. The USCS segment conducts operations in the Rocky Mountain, North Dakota and Appalachian Basin regions of the United States through its two operating divisions: well testing and wireline. The Drilling segment conducts its operations in the WCSB through its two operating divisions: drilling rigs, and rental and servicing of drilling equipment.
