Softchoice Corporation is a North American business-to-business direct marketer of technology products. It generates revenue from selling technology products and licensing the rights to software products to end users. It also generates revenue from providing professional services to end users, such as information technology (IT) data center and business process hosting, data center configuration, and the design and development of IT systems (design and build).

About 30% of the Company’s revenue is derived from the sale of Microsoft products. The Company’s United States operations are carried on by a subsidiary of Softchoice Corporation (Softchoice U.S.). Softchoice Holding Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. It subsidiary, Optimus Solutions, is an IT products and solutions company focused on helping enterprise and mid-market clients plan, build and maintain their IT infrastructure, with headquarters in Norcross, Georgia and nine offices in the United States.
