Trinidad Drilling Ltd. is a drilling rig contractor, which provides contract drilling services to the Canadian, United States and Latin American oil and gas industry. Trinidad Well Servicing Ltd., which is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is a service rig contractor, which provides well servicing services to the Canadian oil and gas industry. Titan Surface Casing Ltd. is a drilling contractor providing coring and preset services to the Canadian oil and gas industry. Victory Rig Equipment Corporation is a drilling rig and equipment construction and fabrication business which builds and maintains drilling and related equipment. In 2011, Trinidad was operating a total of 119 land drilling rigs, 54 of these land rigs were in Canada, 62 were in the United States and three were in Mexico. In addition, five barge rigs, of which two are owned and three are under Bareboat Charter Agreements.
