ZCL Composites Inc. (ZCL) is a Canada-based company. The Company’s business is liquid containment storage systems, including fiberglass underground and aboveground storage tanks, aboveground tanks made of steel, a fiberglass tank lining system and related products and accessories. The Company is the manufacturer and supplier of environmentally friendly fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) underground storage tanks. The core market for ZCL’s FRP underground storage tanks is the downstream retail service station market. ZCL manufactures both a single wall, and for secondary containment, a double wall tank, to serve these industries. On January 4, 2010, the Company acquired of Dualam Plastics Inc.
